Project Description by the Customer

I’m in search of a high quality matlab expert to implement a CBIR (Content Based Image Retrival) algorithm to matlab code. The winner will be provided some papers of color texture classification in PDF form. He’ll research the papers and will implement the main paper as a matlab code. Please see the attachment to read the main paper. The algorithm is given in the methodology part of the paper. To understand what to do, you must understand the whole theme of the paper. Please mention how many days do you need to do the task for me. I don’t have enough time to spend. So, a quick turnaround time is preferred.
Don’t bid here if you’re not an expert of image classification of matlab. Remember that it is a texture classification project. I’ll give importance to your portfolio and reviews. You can take help from internet or from anywhere else you want. I just need the code.

I’m interested to pay bonus for high quality task. I prefer simple coding rather than complex. If you can do better more tasks are waiting for you.
